What is the Letters Perfect return policy?
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 10 days and the price of the product, less shipping, will be refunded to you in the form of your original payment. Items returned must be in their original condition.

Can you send my gift order directly to the recipient?
Yes. Personalized gift tags are available and can be requested on the shipping information page. Just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient�s address in the shipping section.
